Patients are allowed to send an image of the prescription to the chemist. A chemist can check whether the medicine needs to the delivered at home or there would be a manual pick-up from the patient. Based on this requirement, a chemist can decide to accept or reject the request placed by the patient.
Or else, the platform gives freedom that allows a doctor to directly send a prescription to the chemist by tagging the patient name only if the patient agrees during the appointment visit. The chemist can check the name of a tagged patient, and could deliver the medicine at the patient’s doorstep. Else, a chemist would prepare the medicine pack ready for the pick-up whichever way the patient feels convenient.
